According to the investigation, from March to December 2018, five Russians from the Orel region, Kurgan, Novosibirsk and St. Petersburg spread a virus on the network that helped them gain access to the computers of a number of commercial organizations in the Russian Federation. They were able to steal 15 million rubles using remote control of banking programs. At the moment, law enforcement agencies managed to detain four defendants.
