Just got a new laoptop, a

Legion 5 15IMH05H with Windows 10 as Host OS​

What's the best way to set it up so that it's completely secure, and anonymous?
I've got all the drives encrypted through Bit Locker. A veracrypt encrypted container for things i want hidden.

I've heard that Kali Linux installed on a Live USB with persistence with Whonix is probably the best set up besides using Qubes OS.

But I want to know, exactly, step by step, how to set this laptop up.
