Tips Help with cloning plz

i need a hand in cloning i put my personal dump onto a old card with a chip No good declined then i burned the chip got it too malfunction the chip and fallback too swipe but still a decline??? please someone help me ill pay you for your time if anything i know im close just need a hand!!!!!!! using the old school Msr605x
